Introduction

It is an official system approved by the Iraqi Ministry of
Trade to register suppliers, factories, or foreign
companies exporting their products to Iraq.

Goal of COR:
 Officially document the supplier within Iraq's
database.
 Ensure the company is real and not fake.
 Ensure supplier compliance with required
standards.
 Protect the Iraqi importer.
 Reduce commercial fraud and forgery.
 Facilitate quality control monitoring of products

entering the Iraqi market.

It is a certificate linked to the shipment or the goods
themselves, confirming that the shipment sent to Iraq
matches the information and products previously
registered within the COR certificate.
Goal of COG:
 Ensure the shipment is authentic.
 Ensure products match the registered ones.
 Prevent manipulation or alteration of goods.

 Link every shipment to the supplier's record.

The system was established by official decree to protect the Iraqi market from:

·        Fake companies

·        Counterfeit products

·        Commercial forgery

·        Unapproved suppliers

·        Entry of non-compliant goods

Benefits:

·        For the Consumer: Protection from poor or fake products.

·        For the Importer: Dealing with reliable companies.

For the Government: Centralized database and better oversight.

You must register if you are a:
​ Factory
​ Exporting company
​ Direct supplier to Iraq
Usually does not include:
​ Local non-exporting merchant
​ Marketing-only company (if not the invoice issuer)
Basic Rule: The entity issuing the invoice to Iraq is
responsible for registration.

Registration Guide

  • Go to ecor.iq
  • Select COR
  • Create an account
  • Email is important because it is the main login method
  • Upload PDF documents
  • Electronic payment only
  • After information approval by the auditor and site inspection, the COR certificate is issued.

Warning: Any email mistake may prevent future login.


  • Log in to your account on the platform using the registered email and password.
  • Access the supplier's dashboard.
  • Select the COG goods registration section.
  • Enter shipment information accurately, including: Product name, Type of goods, Quantity, Country of origin, Invoice data, Shipping details.
  • Upload required documents for the shipment or products in a clear and approved format.
  • Under Review: The request is being audited.
  •  Missing Document: The user needs to upload additional documents.
  • Awaiting Payment: Payment has not been confirmed.
